This video installation is composed of fragments of sensations and thoughts gathered while walking in the Alps. A projected video paired with a poem that I wrote, which evokes a moment when, as my body moved forward, it felt as if the landscape itself was trembling in response. On a small cement block on the floor, the words “a walker” appear, suggesting the fragility and smallness of the human figure within vast terrain. The work reflects on the contrast between the overwhelming force of nature and the barely perceptible vibrations of a moving body. In this meeting point between weakness and wonder, the walker becomes part of the landscape rather than separate from it.
